Welcome to the Ronin FC Tow Hook Combo set, featuring both the front and rear tow hooks tailored specifically for the FC RX7. Crafted from 5/16" thick aluminum, these hooks prioritize strength while ensuring a lightweight design. By default, we offer powder coat colors in black and red, but don't hesitate to inquire if you're interested in something unique—we're always open to custom requests and often have a variety of custom colors in stock.
The front hook mounts to a factory location where the S4 had a small convenience hook on the underside of the left side frame rail (left being relative to the driver's point of view). Both S4 and S5 chassis have the mount points, but only S4 used the mini hook. With S5 models, the mount point is hidden behind the front bumper, just to the left of the main mouth opening. Unlike any other hook on the market, the lateral jog in our front hook design allows our hooks to be used on either S4 or S5 models. A spacer drops the front hook down below the plastic bars in the main opening of the bumper.
The rear hook is designed to mount to either of the factory rear tow hooks, offering easy access in track use settings. Please specify whether your vehicle is an S4 or S5 model, as this will determine the included hardware for the rear hook (though the parts are otherwise identical). The flats in each piece are meticulously designed to correspond to welds and features on the factory hook, ensuring a perfect fit.
And because attention to detail is our hallmark, each hook comes with arrow decals for added convenience, making it easier for track personnel to identify hook locations. Both red and white decals are included, allowing you to achieve contrast on any color car.
