Privacy:

Personal information is never sold and only used by Ronin, unless by permission. It would only ever be shared externally if required to by law.

Shipping:

We try for cost effective shipping methods which can include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or truck freight depending on the product and location we're shipping from. We do ship internationally, however custom shipping quotes are required. Please use the "Contact Us" web form.

Per the terms of our payment providers we must ship to the address used on the order. If an incorrect address is used, often the only option is to refund the order and start over.

Returns:

We offer your choice of 1) a merchandise exchange for equal value or 2) a return less a 15% re-stocking fee. Any returns must be in an "as new" condition. If for any reason parts are not in new condition please contact us at roninspeedworks@gmail.com.

Refunds:

Transaction fees will not be refunded on any refund involving issues unrelated to Ronin's performance.
