SHIPPING, RETURNS, & REFUND POLICY

All Ronin manufactured parts are made in the USA.  We ship out of Tustin CA 92780 using a combination of USPS and UPS depending on what is most cost effective.  We are an online entity only (no physical storefront) so local pickup is generally not a option but if it involves something especially big/awkward to ship (fiberglass parts come to mind) please reach out and we can set up arrangements by exception.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We ship internationally, but shipping costs vary. Small, sturdy parts like tow hooks and motor mounts ship easily via USPS flat rate post. However, larger items like wings, hoods, and fenders may incur higher shipping costs due to dimensional weight charges. Sometimes, shipping for these bigger parts can exceed the part's cost. Please note, we must ship to the address provided with the order. Using a different address can void seller protections, and correcting it may require a refund and a new transaction. PayPal doesn't refund transaction fees, except for delays or issues beyond the customer's control. We're here to help, but fees resulting from address issues unfortunately cannot be refunded.

RETURN POLICY

Please understand that due to the customized nature of our parts, variations in fitments may occur. We continuously strive to address these challenges and provide the best solutions for our customers. In the event of order cancellations before shipment, a 3.5% reduction in refund is applied to cover associated fees (5.5% for international orders). We must adhere to payment vendors' policies regarding fee refunds.

Returns initiated by the buyer within 90 days of delivery are subject to a 15% fee to cover inspection and administrative expenses. Returned parts must be in pristine condition.

Terms above can be waived at Ronin's discretion, most typically when there was a failure to perform on Ronin's part. For instance, any production delay exceeding 90 days will have fees waived on cancelled orders. Even as we do rely on a supply chain, issues with the timeliness of the supply chain are Ronin's responsibility.
